THE STEAMBOAT SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
Season 24

The Steamboat Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Maestro Ernest Richardson, presents three creative, thematic orchestral programs this season. The first multi-media concert features two outstanding Colorado artists with strong connections to our community, one at the start of her career, the other at the height of his career.

September 12 and 13, 2015

"A River Runs Through It"
A Confluence of Sights, Sounds and Community

Steamboat's own violin prodigy, Anna Roder, returns from her Masters studies in London to perform the Violin Concerto Op. 77, in D Major by Brahms.

Renowned Colorado wilderness photographer, John Fielder, pays tribute to the Yampa River with his photography, set to the music of Beethoven, Vivaldi and John Williams.
